Fees

Sunrise will bill your health insurance for authorized services and take care of all the paperwork required.

Free Consultation is provided to determine if you are eligible for home care benefits under your plan. Referrals may be made for you to consider other resources that are not available to you in obtaining services at home.

Fees for services which would be in addition to what insurance would cover are:

HHA $24 hourly
Homemaker $20 hourly
Nurse visits $60 each

Long hours and around the clock packages are available.

Other services available include:

healthy pet care during your absence or recuperation
foot and nail care
telehealth monitoring
medication pick-up and errands
